Dosarele X a fost un un serial de televiziune american difuzat de canalul de televiziune FOX timp de 9 sezoane, între 10 Septembrie 1993 și 19 Mai 2002. Motto-ul acestui serial a fost: „Adevărul este dincolo de noi” intrând în istoria televiziunii. Agenții FBI: Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) și Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) primesc sarcina de a investiga așa-numitele Dosare X: cazuri nerezolvate care implică prezența unor fenomene paranormale. Mulder crede în existența extratereștrilor și în paranormal, în timp ce Scully este sceptică, ea fiind trimisă inițial de către superiori pentru a încerca să distrugă reputația lui Mulder și metodele sale neconvenționale de lucru. Pe măsură ce serialul a evoluat, ambii agenți au fost prinși într-un conflict mult mai mare.
Succesul serialului a fost urmat de 2 filme pentru marele ecran: Dosarele X: Înfruntă viitorul (1998) și Dosarele X: Vreau să cred (2008). În anul 2007 revista Time a inclus serialul în lista „Celor mai bune 100 de seriale din istoria televiziunii”.
Dar nu vă faceți probleme!!! Dosarele X revin pe micile ecrane (reboot) începând din 25 ianuarie în fiecare luni, cu aceeași 2 actori în rolurile principale. Ce bine ar fi dacă s-ar difuza și la noi noile seriale la TV… Dar… Din păcate doar HBO-ul aduce seriale noi.
