Milla Jovovich va juca cu James Franco în thriller-ul SF “Future World”.
Ultimul film din franciza “Resident Evil” va avea premiera anul viitor, dar Milla Jovovich se întoarce din nou în lumea SF. Actrița a semnat pentru un nou proiect – “Future World” – un thriller post-apocaliptic în regia lui James Franco. Actorul-regizor va avea un rol în film, însă nu au fost încă anunțați alți membri ai distribuției.
Povestea filmului se desfășoară într-o lume post-apocaliptică, unde un băiat, născut într-o familie cu privilegii, pleacă într-o călătorie pentru a găsi un leac pentru mama sa, care este pe moarte. Deși nu este sigur că va găsi acest leac, el pornește la drum împreună cu garda sa de corp, care este o persoană de încredere. Călătoria lor este periculoasă deoarece lumea este conducă de un despot războinic periculos, care are planuri diabolice.
Potrivit Deadline, Milla Jovovich va interpreta un lord al drogurilor, însă nu au fost făcute publice detalii în legătură cu rolul lui James Franco.
James Franco regizează filmul alături de Bruce Thierry Cheung (“The Color of Time”). Scenariul a fost scris de Thierry Cheung împreună cu Jay Davis și Jeremy Cheung, având la bază o poveste semnată de James Franco.
“Future World” nu are încă o dată de lansare.
