Lungmetrajul „Os de pește/ Fishbone”, regizat de Dragomir Sholev, producție Bulgaria – România, ajunge pe marile ecrane la sfârșitul acestei săptămâni.
Pelicula, distribuită de microMULTILATERAL, va rula în București (Happy Cinema, Cinema Muzeul Țăranului, Cinema Elvire Popesco, Cinema Union, POINT), Bistrița (Centrul Cultural Dacia), Bârlad (Cityplex Victoria), Cluj-Napoca (Cinema Arta, Cinema Victoria), Făgăraș (Casa de Cultură), Iași (Cinema Ateneu), Odobești (Casa de Cultură), Pitești (Cinema Trivale), Sfântu Gheorghe (Cinema Arta), Slobozia (Casa de Cultură).
Joi, 24 martie, de la ora 20:00, filmul rulează la Cinema Muzeul Țăranului urmat de o discuție cu echipa română a filmului – Ada Solomon (producător) și Cătălin Cristuțiu (monteur).
„Os de pește/ Fishbone” va fi proiectat și la Pitești, la Cinema București, duminică 3 aprilie, ora 18:00, iar la Focșani – Sala Balada, duminică, 9 aprilie, ora 19:30.
Filmul spune povestea lui Ivo, manager al unui camping de la malul mării, care refuză să îngroape un alt delfin eșuat în zonă. De data aceasta vrea dreptate și este hotărât să pornească o anchetă deoarece corpul delfinului este ciuruit de gloanțe. Ivo, alături de locuitorii din camping, intră într-un război mocnit cu autoritățile, dar acestea nu prea vor să aibă de-a face cu cazul.
Povestea a fost scrisă de Dragomir Sholev împreună cu Emanuela Dimitrova și Georgi Merdzhanov pe parcursul a aproximativ 7 ani. Consultantul regizorului a fost Răzvan Rădulescu.
„Filmul este inspirat din faptele reale prezentate de un blogger care se ocupa de o plajă din Bulgaria și a scos la lumină o mulțime de absurdități în articolul său. M-am gândit că dacă mă voi focusa foarte mult pe problemele febrile, filmul va deveni prea local, ori eu căutam un impact universal, drept urmare am ales ca miezul poveștii să fie subiectul ecologist. Dar ce mă atrage cel mai mult este paradoxul existenței într-o societate în care oamenii nu pot găsi o cale amiabilă de funcționare”, spune regizorul într-un interviu acordat Cineuropa.
Dragomir Sholev adaugă: „Ideea mea inițială a fost să evit pe cât posibil corpul delfinului, însă, pe măsură ce se conturau personajele secundare, s-a simțit nevoia să fie văzut, drept urmare am ajuns să expun în cadru bucățele de corp. Astfel, punctul de vedere al delfinului a devenit personaj în sine în film”.
Structura narativă elaborată „seamănă foarte mult cu o coloană vertebrală de care sunt prinse oasele mici și care conturează poveștile din film. Fiecare scoate la iveală probleme diferite, fiecare os se împotmolește în gâtul unui alt personaj”, mai explică cineastul.
Din distribuție fac parte Deyan Donkov (Ivo), Suzy Radichkova (Katya), Valentin Andreev – Rafe (bunicul Chavo).
Pentru a avea cât mai multă autenticitate în film, regizorul a lucrat cu mulți neprofesioniști, dar și cu actori fără prea multă experiență, chipuri noi cu care publicul nu era familiarizat.
„Os de pește/ Fishbone” este o producție KLAS Film și Hi Film Productions, în co-producție cu Televiziunea Bulgară, în colaborare cu Avanpost și TVR. Susținut de Bulgarian National Film Center și Centrul Național al Cinematografiei.
Imaginea este semnată de Nenad Boroevic, scenografia – de Severina Stoyanova, montajul – de Cătălin Cristuțiu, muzica de Nikola Gruev – Kottarashky, sound design-ul și muzica adițională poartă semnătura lui Marius Leftărache. Producători sunt Rossitsa Valkanova și Ada Solomon.
Dragomir Sholev a absolvit regia la Academia Națională de Teatru și Film din Bulgaria în 2007.
Scurtmetrajele realizate în timpul studenției, „Family” (2002), „Habanera” (2003), „Before Life, After Death” (2005), „The Go-Between” (2008), au fost selecționate și premiate în numeroase festivaluri internaționale.
Sholev a lucrat ca asistent de regie pentru numeroase producții. Debutul său în lungmetraj, „Shelter” (2010), scris împreună cu Răzvan Rădulescu, a avut premiera mondială în secțiunea New Directors a Festivalului de la San Sebastián și a avut un traseu festivalier impresionant, cu numeroase distincții.
Dragomir Sholev a regizat peste 300 de spoturi publicitare și videoclipuri, produse în Bulgaria, dar și în Grecia, Ucraina, Belarus, Kazahstan și China.
„Os de pește/ Fishbone” este cel de-al treilea lungmetraj al său. A avut premiera la Golden Rose Film Festival din Varna (Bulgaria), unde a fost recompensat cu premiul pentru cea mai bună imagine (Nenad Boroevic) și cu premiul Uniunii Cineaștilor din Bulgaria pentru cel mai bun film.
