„Piano Colours”, un spectacol – eveniment inedit, regizat de Catinca Drăgănescu și conceput de pianistul Sergiu Tuhuțiu, propune publicului o metaforă artistică a felurilor în care memoria alterează amintirile și atribuie sensuri subiective trecutului. Pe 18 octombrie 2024, de la ora 19:30, la Teatrul Național de Operetă și Musical „Ion Dacian” din București, Sergiu Tuhuțiu, Judith State, Flavia Giurgiu și Radu Dumitriu prezintă un spectacol imersiv realizat printr-o combinație unică de muzică clasică și electronică, împletită perfect cu dans contemporan și design de lumini. Judith State semnează coregrafia, Gabi Albu a creat scenografia, designul de lumini a fost realizat de Andrei Ignat, muzica clasică fiind semnată de Sergiu Tuhuțiu, iar muzica electronică de Radu Dimitriu. „Piano Colours” este rezultatul unei viziuni comune care „își propune să transforme un concert de pian într-o experiență muzical – performativă. Cred că este un demers vizionar în această lume a senzorialității și imersivității. Pregătim un show care să vă poarte prin lumi și stări, ca un vis. E o provocare.”, spune regizoarea Catinca Drăgănescu.
„Judith State și cu mine plănuim de vreo 12 ani să facem un spectacol împreună și abia acum am reușit să ne organizăm. Sub titlul unei serii de concerte pe care le-am organizat sub diverse forme în trecut, ne-am gândit să explorăm, alături de Radu Dumitriu și Flavia Giurgiu, felurile prin care memoria ne deformează amintirile și atribuie sensuri trecutului.”, declară Sergiu Tuhuțiu.
Pentru coregrafa și dansatoarea Judith State, acest spectacol reprezintă împlinirea unei vechi dorințe. „În urmă cu mulți ani, Sergiu Tuhuțiu a făcut la Teatrul Odeon un spectacol de muzică clasică (pian), muzică electronică și dans contemporan. Nu eram în țară, l-am ratat cu brio, dar am rămas cu gândul la el. Întotdeauna mi-am dorit – cu atât mai mult cu cât aveam pianul și muzica clasică în casă – să dansez într-un asemenea context. De atunci s-au schimbat multe (în mine): mi-a căzut cu tronc muzica electronică, mi-a căzut cu tronc mișcarea suprapusă pe text, apoi nemișcarea și liniștea. M-am bucurat când Sergiu mi-a spus că vrea să facă un nou spectacol, să introducă în structura lui și text, să foreze mai mult în intențiile de atunci, să încercăm să mergem mai departe, pornind din punctele în care am ajuns între timp, după trecerea acestor mulți ani. E un privilegiu să pot lucra cu artiști în care cred, să-i am alături din nou pe scenă pe Radu Dumitriu și Flavia Giurgiu, să colaborăm în echipă (scenografie, lumini, regie) ca în familie, cu oameni cu care rezonăm pe toate planurile. Sunt emoționată și nerăbdătoare și sper să avem un public cât mai numeros, dornic să ni se alăture în această călătorie.”
„Piano Colours” este un spectacol special în care fuziunea dintre sunet, lumină, cuvânt și mișcare va genera o experiență memorabilă.
