Zece filme, cinci săptămâni și un premiu ce constă într-un Smart TV sunt principalele elemente ale provocării „Războiul filmelor” propuse de Warner TV odată cu lansarea în România.
Telespectatorii sunt invitați să voteze filmul preferat pe platforma WarnerTV.ro: https://WarnerTV.ro/RazboiulFilmelor.
În fiecare săptămână va fi decis câștigătorul unui Smart TV, iar filmul care primește cele mai multe voturi va fi difuzat vinerea, de la ora 21:00.
Prima săptămână aduce față în față filmele „Constantine” (2005, r. Francis Lawrence), al cărui protagonist este Keanu Reeves, și „Twilight” (2008, r. Catherine Hardwicke), cu Robert Pattinson și Kristen Stewart în rolurile principale.
Între 23 și 27 octombrie, telespectatorii pot vota preferatul, iar lungmetrajul câștigător va fi difuzat pe 29 octombrie.
În perioada 30 octombrie – 3 noiembrie, lupta se dă între lungmetrajele de acțiune „XXX: State of the Union”, (r. Lee Tamahori) cu Ice Cube şi Samuel L. Jackson, și „Sucker Punch” (2011, r. Zack Snyder), cu Emily Browning și Vanessa Hudgens în distribuție. Învingătorul va fi difuzat pe 5 noiembrie.
Filmul fantasy „Reign of Fire” (2002, r. Rob Bowman), cu Christian Bale și Matthew McConaughey, va fi supus votului împreună cu „The Whole Nine Yards” (2000, r. Jonathan Lynn), comedie de acțiune cu Matthew Perry și Bruce Willis în distribuție, în a treia săptămână a provocării, între 6 și 10 noiembrie. Producția care va primi cele mai multe voturi va fi difuzată pe 12 noiembrie.
A patra săptămână din „Războiul filmelor” aduce în prim-plan comediile „Wedding Crushers” (2005, r. David Dobkin), cu Owen Wilson și Vince Vaughn în rolurile principale, și „You’ve Got Mail” (1998, r. Nora Ephron), cu Tom Hanks și Meg Ryan. Una dintre ele va fi votată între 13 și 17 noiembrie, iar câștigătoarea va fi difuzată de Warner TV pe 19 noiembrie.
Ultima săptămână a provocării stă sub semnul misterului. „Se7en” (1995, r. David Fincher), cu Brad Pitt și Morgan Freeman, și „Sherlock Holmes” (2009, r. Guy Ritchie), cu Robert Downey Jr. și Jude Law în distribuție, vor fi în competiție între 20 și 24 noiembrie. Cel care va primi cele mai multe voturi va fi difuzat pe 26 noiembrie.
