Poros, Grecia, 26 iunie 2023 – După succesul filmului lor de debut, Mirciulică, și confirmarea faptului că mult așteptatul Nuntă pe bani, cel de-al doilea film de comedie semnat de regizorul Cristian Ilișuan, va sosi toamna aceasta în cinematografe, o nouă veste bună vine din partea producătorilor de la Bravo Films: vloggerul și actorul clujean Mircea Bravo filmează o nouă producție de comedie în străinătate.
Pentru filmul Moartea în vacanță, Mircea Bravo face echipă cu celebrii stand-up comedianți Costel Bojog și Maria Popovici, cei trei urmând să aibă parte de o perioadă plină de peripeții în Grecia, unde se află în prezent alături de o numeroasă echipă de producție.
Filmul se concentrează pe trei personaje: Mihăiță, Adrian și Patricia, care se luptă să intre în grațiile Rodicăi, o bătrână singură și bogată (Mihaela Deceanu) în speranța că-i vor moșteni averea.
Regizorul Cristian Ilișuan spune despre noul film: „Săli de cinema pline în toată țara și hohote de râs pe tot parcursul filmului, asta îmi doresc de la următoarea noastră comedie, Moartea în vacanță, un road trip care sper să rămână peste ani o comedie emblematică în cinematografia românească.”
Moartea în vacanță este un roadtrip de comedie pentru care filmările au loc în Grecia, Bulgaria și România. Regia îi aparține lui Cristian Ilișuan, imaginea e semnata de Andrei Băltărețu, iar scenariul este scris de echipa creativă responsabilă și pentru primele 2 lungmetraje: Cristi Ilișuan, Mircea Popa, Tibi Codorean, Cristi Ciui, Andrei Vereștiuc, cărora li s-a alăturat stand-up comediantul Sergiu Floroaia. Filmul va avea premiera în cinematografe în 2024.
