Triplu X: Întoarcerea lui Xander Cage, titlu original xXx: Return of Xander Cage, e al 3-lea film al seriei începută în 2002 şi continuată în 2005. A fost regizat de D.J. Caruso după un scenariu scris de F. Scott Frazier. Am vizionat acest film la cinema Dacia Reșița, azi de la ora 18:00, și țin pe această cale să le mulțumesc organizatorilor pentru invitație. Dacă acest film va fi un success, producătorii au în plan şi un al 4-lea film. Se spune că lumea e mai în siguranță decât a fost vreodată în istoria civilizaţiei. Vouă așa vi se pare?
O echipă formată din 4 indivizi periculoși fură un dispozitiv numit „Cutia Pandorei”. Acest dispozitiv are puterea de a controla toți sateliții din lume. Pentru a reuși să pună mâna pe dispozitiv, statul are nevoie de cineva care se mișcă și se luptă ca acești indivizi cu aptitudini speciale.
Așa că în scenă intră Xander Cage: fost sportiv devenit agent guvernamental, el e forțat să iasă din exilul autoimpus și să pornească într-o cursă pe viață și pe moarte pe urmele lui Xiang și ale echipei extrem de periculoase conduse de acesta. Xander își recrutează o echipă formată din indivizi dornici de adrenalină și descoperă o conspirație ale cărei hățișuri duc până la cele mai înalte niveluri din guvernele internaționale.
Vin Diesel e Xander Cage, agentul presups mort în xXx: State of the union. Împreună cu echipa formată din: Nebunul (Rory McCann), Bunul (Ruby Rose) şi Extremul (Kris Wu) pornește pe urmele celor 4 indivizi;
Talon (Tony Jaa), Xiang (Donnie Yen), Hawk (Michael Bisping) și Serena Unger (Deepika Padukone) sunt cei 4 indivizi periculoși care au pus mâna pe „Cutia Pandorei”;
Nina Dobrev e Rebecca „Becky” Clearidge, înlocuitoare lui Augustus Gibbons;
Tony Collette e Jane Marke, agenta care îl găsește pe Xander Cage și îl retrimite în acțiune;
Bineînțeles, de un cameo prelungit au parte parte Samuel L. Jackson (Augustus Gibbons), Ice Cube (Darius Stone) și Neymar. În rolul lui Xiang a fost inițial distribuit Jet Li, dar cum aceasta a refuzat, producătorii s-au axat pe un alt actor cu origini asiatice. Din punctul meu de vedere, atât Tony Jaa, cât și Donnie Yen, au fost incluși în distribuție pentru a-și atela cunoștințele în artele marțiale. Cascadoriile și le-au făcut singuri și au împărțit pumni în stânga și în dreapta.
La capitolul cascadorii… Din plin. Acțiune și cascadorii care sfidează gravitația de la început până la final. Dar, din păcate, ca în toate filmele de la Hollywood, toți trag pe lângă personajele principale (în cel mai rău caz se aleg cu răni care nu le pun viața în pericol), iar răii sunt uciși în cele mai diferite moduri. Nu m-am prea prins ce a căutat Deepika Padukone în distribuție. Din păcate, nu prea a avut cum să-și etaleze talentul actoricesc. Joacă mult mai bine în filmele indiene (Bollywood).
Finalul e tras de păr. Vin Diesel are o viteză de Superman, iar acel avion care se află în picaj uită să mai atingă Pământul. E ceva în genul fazei cu aeroportul din Furios și iute 6. Așa de lung încât nu se mai termină.

Să înţeleg că nu e de văzut la cinema… Sau cel puţin aşa pare din ce ai scris. Nu are rost să dau banii pe bilet? Să aştept să-l văd acasă?!
Cinstit nu ştiu ce să-ţi spun. Eu le-am revăzut pe primele 2 înainte de ăsta. Au trecut 11 ani şi un ceva între partea a 2-a şi a 3-a. Aveam alte aşteptări. Dacă ai TV 3D acasă şi îţi cumperi filme originale, poţi atepta până ţi-l cumperi şi-l vezi acasă. Garantat se va vedea mai bine. De obicei 3D-ul se vede mai bine acasă decât la cinema. Dacă nu ţi-l cumperi şi te uiţi online sau dai jos pe net, mai bine du-te la cinema. Acum că ţi-au scăzut aşteptările poate o să-ţi placă. E un film cu Vin Diesel. Şi dacă îl vezi poate îţi dai şi tu cu părerea. Are întorsături de situaţie, dar nu e ceva WOW.
Ai avut dreptate. Nu e de văzut la cinema. E slăbuţ. Dar acasă nu am TV 3D şi nici nu-mi cumpăr filme. Aşa că am fost. 3D-ul e doar de artificiu, să încaseze mai mulţi bani pe bilete. Nu te contrazic, poate acasă s-o vedea mai bine 3D dar eu nu am de unde sa ştiu.
