Cu Alicia Vikander în rolul principal, aventura epică din Tomb Raider spune povestea originală care îi transportă pe spectatori în prima expediţie a Larei Croft, dar şi în mintea şi sufletul unui personaj care, pentru a-şi găsi locul în lume, trebuie să facă legătura dintre viitorul şi trecutul său. Filmul explorează alegerile şi aventurile Larei, în timp ce descoperim cum a devenit cea mai populară eroină.
Filmul “Tomb Raider. Începutul” este distribuit de Forum Film România şi a avut premiera pe 16 martie 2018, în format 3D, IMAX 3D şi 4DX 3D.
Influenţele din celebrul joc lansat în 2013 se regăsesc în film, aşa că fanii vor fi foarte încântaţi să vadă că jocul şi varianta nouă a protagonistei i-au inspirat pe producători. Regizorul Roar Uthaug, care a crescut jucându-se “Tomb Raider”, mărturiseşte că a fost fascinat de joc şi de personaj: “Lara Croft este senzaţională, rezolvă toate misterele, ocoleşte toate capcanele şi descoperă toate mormintele. Acestea sunt câteva dintre caracteristicile pe care producătorii sperau să le găsească în cea pe care urmau să o aleagă pentru acest rol, iar in Alicia Vikander le-au regăsit pe toate, ba chiar şi mai mult.

Un personaj legendar
Până în momentul în care au început filmările, Vikander urma deja un program de antrenamente şi era într-o formă fantastică. Chiar şi aşa, a fost nevoie de multă dedicare şi disciplină înainte şi după filmări pentru a obţine un aspect fizic demn de Lara Croft. Actriţa şi-a întrecut limitele pentru acest rol solicitant.
Când o întâlnim pe Lara la începutul filmului vedem o fată normală, care locuieşte în estul Londrei. O vedem la clasele de lupte MMA sau pe bicicletă, făcând livrări. E o fată puternică şi povestea dă acest ton de la început. “Am făcut căţărări, lupte, am înnotat sub apă. Nu ştiu când în viaţa mea aş mai fi putut fi expusă la atât de multe lucruri noi, dacă nu aş fi jucat acest rol. Este un lucru care îţi dă multă încredere şi putere. Nu sunt foarte înaltă sau foarte corpolentă, aşa că faptul că am câştigat cinci kilograme de masă musculară este o mare realizare. M-a făcut să mă simt foarte feminină”, spune actriţa.
Un lucru e sigur, atunci când Lara pleacă în această aventură, nu e pregătită şi nu ştie ce o aşteaptă. Trebuie să se înarmeze nu doar cu arcul, săgeţile şi pistoalele, ci şi cu mult curaj, pentru a descoperi cine e şi a deveni “Tomb Raider”.
