Am văzut Teambuilding la Cinema City, Afi Cotroceni, mulțumită invitației RanCommunication & Cinema City. Filmul este o comedie amuzantă și bine scrisă despre viața în corporație, despre programul încărcat la locul de muncă, despre greutăți și despre cum faci față provocărilor din viața de zi cu zi. Povestea este previzibilă și poți intui ușor ce se întâmplă, însă nu este un lucru deranjant, din contră, este o comedie menită să te relaxeze și să o vizionezi, fără să îți pui prea multe întrebări.
Personajul principal este Emil, interpretat de Matei Dima, omul bun la toate, care stă la birou până noaptea târziu și are rezultate. El visează să fie promovat, însă nu este apreciat nici de șeful său, domnul Oprea, și nici de echipa HR. Spre șocul său, în locul promovării mult așteptate, el primește funcția pe care nu o vrea nimeni, team leader în departamentul de call center. Departamentul nu este apreciat de nimeni din cadrul companiei PLM Global, iar șeful lui Emil se gândește serios să îl desființeze.
Aflând de planurile domnului Oprea, Emil trebuie să facă tot posibilul să îl convingă să renunțe la această idee și, pentru a reuși, îi promite că va câștiga Cupa Veseliei, o competiție ce se desfășoară anual și care nu a fost niciodată câștigată de echipa din București.
La acest concurs, participă echipele din Ardeal, Moldova, Oltenia și București. Principalii favoriți sunt ardelenii din Cluj, care se pregătesc special pentru această competiție și sunt aproape imposibil de învins.
Emil, împreună cu colegii săi, Lorena (Anca Dinicu), Horia (Cosmin Nedelcu), Onel (Nicu Banea), Dorina (Anca Munteanu) și Șerbănel (Vlad Ianuș), pleacă în teambuilding pentru a participa la Cupa Veseliei.
Teambuildingul vine cu tot felul de peripeții și situații, însă va reuși echipa București să câștige?
Producția aduce pe marile ecrane o echipă talentată condusă de Matei Dima și Cosmin Nedelcu. Cosmin Nedelcu este foarte amuzant prin atitudine și gesturi și are parte de un moment foarte comic atunci când apare Horia Brenciu ?
Filmul ne arată povești care se inspiră din viața reală atunci când lucrezi mult într-o corporație, dar pe bani puțini, când ai rate de plătit și stresul te cuprinde, când pleci în teambuilding ca să evadezi din realitatea cotidiană.
